Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or consumable products once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is approved, we will offer either:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
